How much is an OMMM license?

Prices typically range from £1-5m initial payment with OMMG also receiving shares in the company at the beginning of the project. We act as your business partner. License terms will depend on:

  1. Industry
  2. Jurisdiction
  3. Level of exclusivity
  4. Level of OMMG support
  5. Planned value of the model
  6. Planned ongoing value of the model
  7. Level of founders support
  8. Whether you plan to list the company
  9. Ongoing support with mergers and business development post overnight multiple merger transaction
  10. The level of IP being transferred

Example of a OMMM

You are the founder of your model. OMMG will be a minor shareholder.

Merger of 100 companies completed within 12-18 months of a signed license. All equity shareholders agree to stay for minimum of 3-5 years.

You’ve paid OMMG just £2m, financed over 12 months.

The model increases its value overtime through a ‘secret mechanism’ and a £1bn+ value is planned over 3 years. You would have decided how all ongoing incremental value is shared amongst its shareholders.

The individual parts are valued at £200m but you have a ‘overnight merger model strategy’ to create a £400m+ model. You decide how to split the £200m incremental gain! This is the incentive to build a model with OMMG.

You now have a £200m+ t/o business.

If I buy an OMMM license what actual support do I receive from OMMG?

OMMG will support each licensee with the following activities:

  1. Company secretarial – full set-up of group of companies.
  2. Design and actual creation of a 5-year Business plan.
  3. Developing a 10 year-financial plan.
  4. Developing a valuation strategy and process for your OMM.
  5. Creation of a 10-year what-if analysis so you can best plan the business years in advance.
  6. Developing a mission, vision and set of corporate values.
  7. Creation of OMM mandate.
  8. Creation of a solvency strategy & developing a 12-month solvency plan to fund the OMM.

  6. Developing a salary model for each equity director planning to enter the OMM.
  7. Agreeing projected valuations with each planned merger entrant.
  8. Full strategy to execute the merger enabling lawyers to bespoke a consolidation & merger agreement.
  9. Seeking any regulatory clearances.
  10. Organising lawful transfer of IP from OMMG.

  1. Actual development of the consolidation/merger agreement.
  2. Organising the overnight signing process by each merger entrant.
  3. Build of local and nation press releases to announce launch of OMM.
  4. Creation and delivery of an integration & uniformity plan with all mergers.
  5. Creating a strategy and implementation programme for IPO/stock market listing.
  6. Developing a valuation model post-IPO.
  7. Developing clawback and lock-in strategy for group sustainability.
  8. Post IPO business plan.
